Description
The Vandelle family arrived at L’Étoile in the 1880s. Philippe and Bernard have been settled since 2001, at the bottom of the village, where they cultivate 16 ha of vines. A sure bet for the L’Étoile appellation !
From vines of 50 years and older, this 2011 vintage composed of Chardonnay (80%) and Savagnin (20%), aged 2 years under sail. An intense nose, a full palate awaits you, with mineral notes, saline, walnut and spices.
